After submitting the strategy mapping, you can generate Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) by following these steps:

  1. Hover over the "Planning" menu: Located on the navigation bar of CIMSNex.

  2. Hover "Business Continuity Planning": This option allows you to create BCPs based on mapped strategies.

  3. Click "Create Business Continuity Plan": This action initiates the creation of a new business continuity plan.

Completing the BCP Form

When completing the BCP form, follow these steps:

  1. Select Purpose: Choose the purpose of the BCP.

  2. Responsible Party: Assign responsibility to the relevant party.

  3. Additional Details: Provide any additional details or information related to the BCP.

  4. Submit: Once all fields are completed, click "Submit" to generate the complete BCP.

Accessing the BCP Report

After generating the BCP, you can access the Business Continuity Plan report by following these steps:

  1. Hover over the "Planning" menu: Located on the navigation bar of CIMSNex.

  2. Hover "Business Continuity Planning": This option allows you to manage and view BCPs.

  3. Click "View Business Continuity Plans": This action displays the generated BCP report.
